Data Deletion Instructions

Tetto (MG Holding Group, LLC) respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the information we hold about you, follow the steps on this page.
What Data We May Hold About You
- Name, email address, and phone number from our contact form or chat
- Messages you sent us or sent to our AI assistant, Valentina
- Files you uploaded through our takeoff tool
- Public comments you left on Tetto's Instagram (@mytetto) or Facebook posts, including your username, user ID, comment text, and the post the comment was left on
- Usage data associated with your visits to mytetto.com
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to alfredo@mytetto.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address, phone number, or Instagram/Facebook username associated with the data you want deleted
- A brief description of the data you want removed (or "all data")
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request, to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Instagram and Facebook Users
If you left a public comment on our Instagram or Facebook page, you can also:
- Delete the comment yourself directly on Instagram or Facebook — this removes it at the source
- Revoke Tetto's access to your Meta data at any time by visiting your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites and removing our app
Additionally, if you would like the copy of the comment that was processed or stored in our internal systems (such as our operations database) to be deleted, email us as described above and we will remove it.
Our Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, tax or billing records). Where we must retain data for legal reasons, we will tell you what we must keep and for how long.
What Happens After Deletion
Once we complete your request, the specified data is removed from our active systems and our third-party processors (Close CRM, Airtable, Make.com, and others). Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten through normal rotation. After that, your data is no longer recoverable.
