1. Who We Are

Tetto is an AI operations partner for the surface industry, operated by MG Holding Group, LLC, a California limited liability company with its principal place of business in San Diego, California.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, only as needed to operate our services:

a. Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact form
• Messages, inquiries, and attachments you send us
• Project details and files uploaded via our takeoff or quoting tools
• Transcript of conversations with Valentina, our AI assistant, for quality and follow-up

b. Information from Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook)

If you interact with us publicly on Instagram or Facebook (for example, by leaving a comment on our @mytetto posts), we may receive the following data from Meta's APIs:

• Your public Instagram or Facebook username and user ID
• The text of your public comment
• The ID and public URL of the post you commented on
• Timestamp and metadata associated with the comment

We only receive data that is already public or that Meta shares with us under the permissions you granted when you interacted with our Instagram Business account. We do not receive private direct messages or private profile information.

c. Usage and technical data

• Browser type, device type, and approximate location (derived from IP address)
• Pages visited on mytetto.com and the order you visit them
• Referring site or campaign
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site (see Section 8)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• To send follow-up messages related to your project
• To send SMS messages if you opted in via our contact form
• To route, classify, and respond to comments you leave on our Instagram and Facebook accounts
• To improve our AI systems, products, and service quality
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• To comply with legal obligations

4. SMS Communications

We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it (for example, by entering it in our contact form). SMS messages are sent only if you affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. The contact form will submit successfully whether or not you opt in to SMS — SMS opt-in is not a condition of contacting us or receiving any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out by emailing alfredo@mytetto.com.

Your SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with the service providers we use to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS gateway provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Tetto, and only to the extent each needs to perform its function. Our current processors include:

• Close CRM (Elastic Inc.) — customer relationship management and contact storage
• Anthropic, PBC — AI processing (Claude models) for Valentina and comment classification
• Make.com (Celonis SE) — workflow automation between Instagram, Airtable, and our CRM
• Airtable, Inc. — storage of comment data and internal operations records
• Buffer, Inc. — publishing of social media posts to our own accounts
• Vercel, Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure
• Google LLC (Gmail and Google Workspace) — internal email and notifications
• Uploadcare, Inc. — file upload processing for takeoff submissions

Each processor is bound by a written data processing agreement and may not use your information except to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tetto, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and as required by law. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions: up to 36 months from the last interaction
• Instagram and Facebook comment data: up to 24 months, unless deletion is requested earlier
• Valentina chat transcripts: up to 24 months from the last interaction
• Billing and tax records: 7 years, as required by law

You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7 and our Data Deletion Instructions).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access or correct your personal information
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message
• Opt out of email communications via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies to operate mytetto.com, remember your preferences, and measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not function without them.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 10. Children's Privacy

Tetto is a business-to-business service intended for professionals in the surface industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. International Users

Tetto operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to such transfer and processing.

12. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and vendor agreements with our processors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also provide prominent notice on mytetto.com or by email where we have your contact information.
